100W HF Solid State Amplifier
This solid-state amplifier is based on a single LDMOS device, the MRF101AN by NXP. The amplifier design, by RFpowertools, won second place in the NXP design competition. Three circuit boards — amplifier, switch and VSWR, and low-pass filters — were purchased to be the core of my project for the shack.
Designed as a complete integrated system rather than just a PA stage, combining RF hardware with custom control software and touchscreen UI.
